1) Signal handling. There should be events for signal handling, and the 
ng client should register for and pass along all client-side signals.

2) Run nails in a child classloader, passing along classpath from the client

3) ng command should have a "try" flag to see if the server is up, so 
that the same script that starts my app in its own VM could first check 
to see if the NG server is running.
