[Nailgun-users] [PATCH] ng.c: handle socket close during recvToFD()

Hi nailgunners,

I discovered that occasionally ng.c can get stuck in a busy loop, 
particularly if the java side blows up with an exception or something. 
I tracked it down to recvToFD() not handling the socket being closed. 
Attached is a simple fix.
